Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid cash to Driver but the amount is pending under postpaid ol money section also

I took a ride with ola driver.At the end of drive paid cash to the driver as requested by him.
But the same amount is being reflected as pending under postpaid ola money section.
I will not pay the amount twice for a singe ride.
Also the late fee is also added to the amount.
Since i have already paid to driver.I want to cancel the postpaid pending amount of that ride. Need urgent action
