I paid in cash for my parents ride on 10th may. Driver said the app will update it automatically. Today when I tried to use it again it says outstanding amount to be paid. Such a ridiculous service. Drivers are allowed to make scene in public and get the cash but not allowed to update in app from driver side about the same. I am now asked to pay again online just because I didn't notice the outstanding amount. It's Ola app and driver issue that needs to be sorted. You cannot ask a customer to call everytime for a cash mode payment. Was this information helpful? |
