Hi, I booked a cab on Sunday 31st October, 2021, from select City walk, Hilton garden to rosewood city, Gurugram, I paid in cash to the driver on completion of the ride. But now when I open the app .. it's still showing that the payment is due . Old should realize there drivers don't leave until and unless they are paid...either in cash or digitally. Because of this false "pending payment " issue, I am not able to book another ride. Kindly resolve this issue . Was this information helpful? |
