I booked a ride from Narela to New delhi on 25/11/2021 for 26/11/2021 friday morning. Cab arrived on time at 4:15 AM . Cab dropped me at New delhi railway station. I was not able to pay online at that moment so i paid in Cash to ola driver. He ended the ride, clicked his photo on the app and i submitted the review. The issues is that it still showing pending amount in my app and i am not able to book another ride and the app is forcing me to pay again and there is no such channel to resolve my issue, no customer care support, even there is no support on the app itself for this querry. I booked a ride on 20/09/2021 at 5.03 PM from Majestic Railway Station to Dallis Suhag Residency, Byrasandra extension, Suddagunte Palya .
I was not able to pay online at that moment so i paid through gpay to ola driver. He ended the ride.
The issues is that it still showing pending amount in my app and i am not able to book another ride and the app is forcing me to pay again and there is no such channel to resolve my issue, no customer care support, even there is no support on the app itself for this querry.

I have written an email to support @olacans.com . However there is no response till date .
