Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid the fare , but it did not reach the driver.

On 24th Jan, 2024 around 6.46pm I completed the Ola ride and paid the fare of Rs. 387 to anitechnologies205.[protected]@axisbank and transaction id is T2501241943444691276681

However, soon after the driver called me saying he has not received the money and it shows the customer has to pay the cash.

I tried multiple ways to to reach out to Ola support but it is just the bots sending auto replies .

The driver is lost his hard earned money, and he does not have much idea how to get it .

He is texting me daily to get him the help from Ola
Not sure if it is scam or what, but there is 0 help from Ola on this .

I would request to please look into this earliest.
