I have booked a ride on Monday with the payment option google pay. And then I have paid during the ride through Google pay as asked. But when the ride is completed driver asked me to pay in cash the same amount. As it was showing to pay in cash again and he was not ready to accept the thing that I have already paid. and the most ridiculous thing is I haven't found any option in ola app to get the support regarding the issue or where I can describe the issue. please do needful for the same and refund my money otherwise u will lost a customer and may be more.
