I have taken ride through ola on 21 Nov 2020. The driver insisted me pay in cash after the end of ride, so i paid him Rs.489 even though i have selected online payment mode.After end of the ride payment status was still pending, regarding this i contacted ola through mail. I have explained the same thing to ola customer care - 3 times & corresponding tickets were raised. Finally i have been directed to pay the pending money through ola app & it will be refunded once the payment is done. So, i have done the payment (online) on 7 Dec 2020 & intimated them. But, i haven't received the re-payment amount. Please resolve this issue.
