Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — passenger safety

We booked ola cab from oberoi maill exit gate 1, on 13-jan-18.
Driver did picked up phone calls initially, strangly instead of rejecting the call he received and disconnected call 2 times. Finally when i managed to speak to him, informed him to come at the entrance/exit gate.
He parked his car on road and started waiting countdown. Again when i tried to contact him, to check where he parked, he again received and cut the call. Finally managed to find the car and the probkem started.

1) when we asked him, why he did not came at entrance, he responded with bad tone that, ola has given him that location and he can not come in.
2) when i asked him about not receiving phone call, he told ola has informed him not to pickup customer calls and also customer is not supposed to call him
3) when i provided otp and asked him to start the trip he told, he dont want to start the ride and wants to cancel. He started calling ola support and purposefully did not cancel the trip, till the waiting time is over, so that he do not have to bear the cancellation charge, post that he cancelled and cancellation charge was applied to me.
4) i was travelling with my wife and 3 year old girl, he started telling bad words and started abusing. How can he say such things in front of lady and a small kid?
We finally got down and left the cab.

We also have registered complaint with ola (Ticket[protected] but no use.

This type of behavier issue is not accepted.
Pls help to take action against ola, who should own the responsibility and do not make contract with such drivers.
