Dear ola support team, As per subject I need to inform you that as my today's experience I share you. I am at airport from evening 5:00 - 10:00 but I didn't receive any single trip from ola. So hope you understand this is such a not possible at all. Like I can see other some ola drivers received the trip. My second issue is that yesterday I have logged in for 12-14 hours. But in report it has been seen it is 00 hours.. So please share If any system issue or you have changed the system for different drivers to not get a trip... If it is true such a system like that we have not get trip from your side it is not fare. As other driver partners have ola score 5-5.7 and my score is 9 then also I didn't receive trip for long time. For Airport I did not receive domestic pick up. May be it is also something wrong done in customer ola app. By your ahmedabad office staff for the support to some their related drivers. In your ahmedabad office I have doubt for ola office executive and the drivers are doing something wrong that they have not received and listen our queries. We are not satisfied with ola like that. Hope you understand all above matter, and give me resolution for the my all queries as I have responsible person. I have my family and I need to fulfill their wishes but with this disgusting serve from ola I can not happy. I want to get urgent action for above. Was this information helpful? | |||
