Ive been emailing OLA for well over 2 months now and they haven't responded to any of my emails nor have they resolved the problem.
ISSUE - I took a cab ride 2 months back to work where the total amount came out to 1, 330 rs. I had selected the wallet pay option on their app but on completion of the ride it wasnt allowing me to make the payment through the app. The driver asked me to make the payment to his personal gpay account which i did. The next time i tried booking a cab via ola app, it was asking me to pay the pending due amount of 1330 on the app without which it wasnt allowing me to proceed and book another ride. Ive reached out to their customer support via calls and emails but it still hasn't been resolved. I still get notifications every now and then to pay the due amount and my ola account has been suspended. I had shared screenshots of the payment made but still there is no response from their end. Its been more than 2 months and they havent bothered to call back or get my account cleared. Please help. I would like to file a complaint against ola and the driver for the inconvenience. They are stealing money and not providing the service. Please take strict action against them.PLEASE FIND ATTACHED SCREENSHOT OF THE PAYMENT MADE THROUGH GPAY.
