Before taking ride I selected Ola Postpaid option but after the ride completed the driver asked for payment in cash because for him it was showing cash mode so He got payment in cash. This thing happened(payment method change automatically) in previous ride also but in previous ride no amount got deducted from OLA postpaid but for this ride the amount got deducted from OLA postpaid too and also paid in cash. When I raised the ticket in OLA the support team keep on giving slow reply with no result and again I raised other ticket in that I got mail that It is too late, I mean seriously what they were doing when I raised the ticket next day of the ride. Really disappointed by the app and Support team. They are just breaking the trust of a customer. Was this information helpful? |
