I have travelled in 'Ola mini' cab (Tata Indica; Driver name: Prabhu B) from Nelamangala to Bangalore Cantonment Railway station on Aug 12, 2022.

I paid the driver the billed amount of Rs. 553 via PhonePe . I am attaching the payment screenshots herewith.
I wasn't aware that 'Ola Postpaid' was by default selected as the payment option (Although I have earlier many times requested Ola customer care to cancel my ola postpaid and I don't want to use that feature).
Now coming to the ride...
Ola kept sending me notifications in the 'Ola app' that I have an outstanding payment due for that ride.
Some 10 days ago, I got a call from Ola customer care regarding the payment due. I explained that I already paid the driver. So the customer care executive agreed to waive the payment due for this ride.
But after that, I started getting frequent messages in whatsapp from Ola that the payment is due since more than a month. So along with the late fee, they have charged Rs. 634 and compelling me to pay the amount. I don't understand how...!
On Sept 29th, they have sent a whatsapp message titled 'OlaMoney Postpaid Dispute Resolution'. It mentioned that, I have to fill a google form to understand my payment dispute. I filled the form with the necessary details and screenshots of my PhonePe payment details to driver and submitted it.
But from the next day onwards, every day I keep getting whatsapp messages from Ola as follows:

Strangely, everytime the message comes from a different number. And there is no reply for my request to speak directly with a customer care executive.
The numbers (and date in which the message was received in bracket) are:
[protected] (2 Oct), [protected] (2 Oct), [protected] (1 Oct), [protected] (30 Sept), [protected] (29 Sept)
Since yesterday, I am getting even stronger messages threatening about legal action!
I just don't understand what's going on! I think they are just sending out messages with chatbots, without proper response to customer's concern!
Moreover, one customer care executive telling the issue is resolved, but still ola sending me messages from different numbers everyday... This is strange!
This is simple disturbing me and wasting my time unnecessarily. Actually Once the customer paid the travel fee, its between the driver and Ola to settle the remaining things... Bothering the customer for this is definitely not acceptable.
Please do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest.
