I am writing this complaint because there seems to be an issue with trip my payments. I booked a ride on the Ola app on July 9th (Cash). It was then charged Rs.439 after the completion of my trip paid to the OLA driver using GPAY (screenshot attached). However, when I checked my OLA app, it showed that I had been charged Rs. 439 in OLA Postpaid again for the same ride (screenshot attached). This is a fairly important issue for me as I have already paid the driver. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. Consider this and request that you clear the OLA Money Postpaid bill dues.
