I took the outstation ride from Mumbai airport to Pune on 25 June at 2:22 PM.After reaching Pune and during the payment, OLA server was down and driver was not able to complete the ride.So we called customer care and and representative completed the ride and I made the payment to driver in cash(as he requested) and representative confirmed that the everything is sorted and this will get reflected in the APP.After 3 days when I checked the app, it was showing as pending, so I called customer care and they verified with driver and driver again mentioned that he received the payment and I was told that the issue will be resolved in 2 days.
Again, when I checked on 29 july, issue was still not resolved and again called customer care and they confrimed with the driver and again gave assurance that issue will be resolved.
Again on 28 Sept, I checked and issue was still not resolved and when I called customer care, they blamed me for not raising the complaint on time and mentioned that they cannot do anything now and told me that you have to make the payment.
They are harassing people like anything, and has found a way to cheat people.
Resolution : I just want them to clear the pending dues, if required confirmed with the driver also. Was this information helpful? |
