I traveled from New Delhi Airport to Gurgaon Sec 23, on August 21, 2022 (OLA CRN No [protected]). I transferred the payment to the Paytm wallet in the Payment section of the OLA App but it didn't show the balance till the end of the journey and I thought the payment failed so I paid the driver of Rs 647/- on the driver's mobile number thru PhonePe. Later, an amount of Rs 647/- was deducted from the Paytm wallet also from OLA App.
It means I ended up making the payment twice for the journey fare of Rs 647/-.
(I enclose the receipt of payment made to the Driver directly.)
I complained to OLA Customer service a number of times but every time they raise a service request and disabled it in the next 1 or 2 days. The matter didn't resolve so I made the complaint to this forum. Please resolve it by asking OLA company (ANI Technologies) to make a refund of Rs 647/- and also compensation for mental harassment for a long time.
