Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — payment not received since 3 weeks | |||||
I am an ola partner in mumbai. My payment has not been issued by ola since 3 weeks, i am continuously taking follow ups. No customer care person is giving me proper guidance and the language they are using is 3rd class. I have visited the ola office in mumbai, they asked me to update few things. Even after doing that my payment is not released by ola. Such a bad service and untrained people in the company, helpless. Company even does not provide any valid mail id to complain.
