Dear ola team,
This is matter of serious concern today evening taken ride from bandra terminus to airoli station and paid the ride fare via upi (Account payment) the ola driver said the ride payment is not received even tried to call the ola support team but no one received the phone and due to urgency in family, paid the driver cash.
Hence double payment is processed.
Attaching the crn no and bank statement and ask the driver the customer paid the money in cash also.
