I booked a cab from my phone on 29th june, 2019. The destination was delhi international airport terminal 3. On the arrival, the bill totaled to rs. 291. The guy felt genuine enough so i decided to give him a little extra. I paid rs. 295. After getting out of my flight i saw two messages. The first one said paid rs. 295 to anil; updated balance: rs. 767.82. Then, i saw another message which read, paid rs. 295 to anil; updated balance rs.472.82. Then i opened my paytm wallet to confirm if the messages were true. I saw the same deduction in my account as well. I immediately called the ola customer care via app's support option. They picked up and i told them the issue. They issued a complaint number, i. E.[protected]. They told me to make this as my subject and give them details and a screenshot as a proof. I did as i was told and they assured me that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours. Today it's 02.07.2019 and it's way far than 72 hours. Between this time i called them again and again but the customer care doesn't pick up. I called the driver anil at [protected] and the guy is now full of abusive language. He threatens me and says that come to delhi and i'll kill you. Haha absurd! I've mailed them thrice asking about the status of my refund but no response has been issued.
This is my last option. I've tried everything to keep this between me and the company. But now the limit's been crossed. Never have i ever experienced such terrible behavior. Never have i been cheated like this. This issue is serious. An appropriate and immediate action is necessary.
I seek justice and an end to this problem. That's all!
