I was travelling in the car number: KA 13 B 5789 with the taxi driver named Ramesh and his contact number:[protected] I had left my phone in the car when I got down but I called him to collect my phone but he did not show up and neither did he answer my calls. I had told him that I would come to him and collect my phone instead when he said he had reached far but he kept avoiding that and did not respond in an appropriate language! This complaint is regarding not using appropriate drivers who has no manners and no sense of responsibility towards customers. It is your duty to ensure that the customers have a good experience. And not just the travelling service counts but the personal contact with such drivers matters too to have a safe and good experience.
