On 25th of May 2019 around 9.15 pm hired a OLA vehicle from Mumbai Airport to Kalyan west city . Total charges came to Rs. 1700/- in spite of my request to Driver Mr. Mukesh Prasad for my postpaid account he claimed amount from me and asked to inform the same on OLA support.
Accordingly within no time the same was put in the support option of OLA app. After few days I got a call from OLA executive to pay Rs 1700 due from me. On my explation the credited Rs 1000 to my account and asked me to pay balance amount of Rs 700 up-to 15th June. Now every day OLA staff is harassing me to pay this amount of Rs. 700. Along with every day penalty on it.
