I am very upset with the kind of services ola is providing. I did not opt for postpaid services from ola but they gave me this silly service without asking me or without my concern. Always i paid for my rides immediately after taking it but in the month of november i don't know why this postpaid facility opens for my account and the money which i paid for my rides was gone automatically in my ola wallet (For which i am not aware of that time). Then after someday i received a call from their customer service that my amount is due with ola. And i got shocked to know about it. Immediately after which i called up customer service number and raised this issue to them and then they start forwarding my call from one department to another department but nobody gave me any clarification for the same. I asked them to share my account statement as well for which the amount was due but as usual they ignored my request and start sending me messages on daily basis for the due which was never pending from my side and told them to deduct the same from your ola wallet but they denied to do so as well.
Can you please help me in this matter as i am very pissed off with this behavior from ola and wants to get rid of it quickly.
