I had already made payment in cash to the ola auto drivers on 16th & 17th june yet ola guys deducted my postpaid balance & also charged me late payment fees twice & are following up for their payments. I have emailed them the audio recording of both auto drivers along with the audio recording of my clarification given to their executive, yet their executives are calling & harassing me for payments saying that it is my mistake & why i paid cash to the drivers. I am fed up of these guys & their in action & blame game. I have been emailing their customer care each day since june 20 yet there has been no action. I need the amount credited back to my postpaid account & they need to stop calling me for payments which i have already made. I have recorded conversation with both the auto drivers confirming they have received the payments. I can submit if requested. Was this information helpful? |
