Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — premium charges paid for driver's fault | |||
I had booked ola cab on 30/04/2018 from habibganj station bhopal to my residence in gulmohar bhopal at 10.45 pm for rs 75, at that time the ola driver has confirmed my booking after 15-20 mins of waiting in the station, i again called the driver for my ride, he then without picking the phone cancelled my ride. After that i booked another ride at 11.03pm for my destination where i have to pay premium amount rs 225. I don't know whether why this extra amount have been charged when the cancellation was done by driver not me. Moreover i should get cashback for the waiting and mental difficulty i faced at the station due to ola cabs. I expect a fast and positive solution for this in order to maintain the trust against the ola cabs which was there in my mind till this journey took pace. I share my bad experience with my colleagues also to that they remain cautious for this type of fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||
