Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Previous complaint unattended

A few days ago I submitted a complaint detailing how ola cabs failed to acknowledge my cash payment. I am still getting messages to clear my dues. Have better expectations from this forum.

Updated by Customerr1 After submitting complaint to this forum I was contacted by one Dipak, presumably an ola representative. I was asked for my number which I gave. After a couple of days I sent this person a message enquiring about the status of my complaint. Haven't got any response so far.
Today I had to pay the money ola cabs was asking for because my next ride would not be booked without clearing the so-called 'dues'.
So now I have paid twice for a single ride - once in cash and once through google pay.
Now expecting immediate refund of Rs. 166.
