Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Raising a complaint about the behaviour of drivers

One of my relative(Female) had booked a cab () with CRN[protected]
she had selected a phone pay option while booking a cab and it was paid as per the guidelines, after dropping driver is demanding a cash with female that he need to be given by cash. hence the double of payment was made..

what kind of a behavior is it, if this is not considered personally and taken a appropriate action, this wil be taken to next level

What are safety measures which u promised for the citizens???
