Hi,
I recharge my ola account with 1000 Rs with my SBBJ net banking on 26 sept 2016 twice one is done but other is failed and amount is cut from my account and not received in ola account. I have an ref. No. and also have the transfer/transection information on my account.
Still not received the refund from ola . How I can get back my money as refund.
Any contact no. of ola .

Hi, I am regular ola customer i have taken 2 rides on same day i.e on 26/9/2016
but i am unable to understand the toll/parking charges how can it be different for the same destination which is Sec -28.

Please look up in this matter & resolve it asap
