Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Refund for Double charging for a trip

Dear Team Ola,

In ref. to trip no. CRN [protected], I had taken a trip from Delhi to Ghaziabad on 21st Sept'21, I had paid an amt. of Rs. 568 to the Driver via PAytm (UPI ref. no[protected] .

On 28th Sept'21 I was going to book a trip to Noida but, it was reflecting that the amount was still pending, Hence I had repay that same amount to book my new trip . Again in the next trip no. [protected] on 28th Sept'21 even after paying the amount(Transaction Id- [protected]), it is cufrrently showing that the amoiunt of Rs. 309 is still pending . and for further booking I have repay the amount of Rs. 309.

Kindly refund the payment of Rs. 568 that I have extra or adjust against my upcoming trips. and close the latest trip as paid

This is really a very bad experience for me.
