This is with reference to my ola rode crn [protected]

I faced the following issues with the ride:
1.ac not working at all
2. Driver driving dangerously
3. Driver's maps stop working mid way, but he continues to follow the same, thus making me reach the opposite side of town (Wrong destination). Which took me extra 45 minutes to reach my destination, that too i had to guide him
4. The vehicle was malfunctioning, not starting on many occassions
I booked ola from powai to opera house. As soon as i booked the cab it showed me 4 mins on ola app. I called the driver, so he said max 5 min. But it dint arrive for 10 mins so i again called the driver, he again said 10 mins. There was zero traffic so that's not even a reason. Finally he came 25 mins after the booking of the cab. I am sick with high fever, but because of this driver i had to wait on the road in the scorching sun for 20 mins. What for? I am paying you a premium price not for this crap!! The car is dirty, the driver drives like a maniac and to top it the ac of the car is not working. I'm already unwell, and this issue is there. If i fall further sick, i will surely sue ola for this non sense.
The cab breaks down on and off during the ride. And suddenly the drivers maps on his phone stop working but he continues to follow then paused maps, anddrives me in the complete wrong direction, which took me 45 mins extra to reach destination. I have a very important meeting, which i missed due to the drivers stupidity, and i've incurred so much poss cause of that. I have lost my sitting fees for the meeting amounting to rs 20, 000. Is ola going to pay me that?
This is the worst experience that i've experienced with any cab service.
I'm not paying for this pathetic service. Kindly refund the money to my ola account rs 416
Please help me receive my money back from ola
