I booked an ola auto on dec 28 2019, 4.56pm cnr [protected]. The amount before ride was ₹417 and driver deviated route and took a long route which made the final amount to be paid ₹562. I raised ticket to ola customer support as soon as i did that the amount on invoice changed back to ₹417. I got a call from customer support the next day asking if i asked the driver to change route since there was deviation in the map, i acknowledged saying i haven’t asked him to change the route. After 4 days i called customer support to know status update i was asked to wait for next 72hrs and the ticket was not raised and they said they would raise on behalf i was ok with it. I again called support team after 72hrs and i was informed to wait for another 24hrs so that i would get a resolution message from their end. I did wait for 24hrs and i dint see any status updates so i kept calling and asking for status updates. I haven’t received refund yet.
Customer support is good for nothing. No resolution would be provided by them #olaworstserviceever
