On Aug 26th 2021, for ola outstation trip, CRN [protected] guntur to hyderabad.
I have paid 2500 rupees to driver as he asked for petrol and said it will be adjusted end of trip but it dint get adjuated, I have reported issue to customer care on same day as trip ends, customer care executive told that amount will be refunded within week, I have asked to submit cancelled cheque after multiple followup with support team nearly 3 weeks, its been one month since i have sumitted the cancelled cheque(23.sep.2021) still not yet credited, all my old tickets closed without money refunded that day your executive said within 5 to 7 days money refunded but now am not able to even reach customer care numbers as they have automated calls with some dtmf tones to reach it will diaconnect automatically after few seconds without forwarding call.
Totally disappointed with the service
