I booked an outstation ride on 23rd July. After the ride I paid the amount by cash to the driver but the amount was deduction from Ola Postpaid as well.
I raised a support request for the same, Ola Support engineer contacted me for the same, I explained the scenario and later they confirmed that they will provide the refund in 10 days over NEFT. Now it been more than 28 days and no response I am getting from any means (Call/Email/Ola Application). Was this information helpful? |
