Dear team,
I had received substandard food which was stale. As a covid patient I was dependent on your delivery & when received was open to disappointment. I'd reported the same and was told this issue would be escalated & a refund would be credited in a time frame of 4 hours back to ola money. However nothing happened.
I followed up alternative days with three agents - Asma, Syeda & Veeramani who gave me a scripted response saying the payment is "stuck" . And I'll get it end of the day. Three end of the days have passed & one week since I reported the issue.
I'm not sure how a tech firm with fintech products like ola money have a poor return policy.

Kindly look into the issue. And request you & your team not to use scripted apologies.
