After several days of dispute, and contacting the bank as well as Paytm, it was clearly recognised as an error from Ola app. OLA company accepted this and promised me a refund. But the confusion starts again.
Here are the details of the whole scenario:
06/05/2022. 10:18am-
The app failed to generate a booking id and CRN after booking the self drive. Please find the attached screenshot where the payment has been successful from the bank. OLA HAS ALREADY ACCEPTED THAT THE ERROR IS FROM ITS SIDE AND NOT BANK SIDE. I have an email from Ola to prove this.
06/07/2022: I received an email from Ola team (Ameer Khan B1) saying the refund was initiated. But I did not receive the refund.
2 weeks back:
I received an email again from Ola team once again apologizing for the inconvenience. They also told me to raise a charge back request and they would accept it and the money will be refunded (screenshot attached).
26/07/2022:
ARVIND KUMAR V from Ola cabs sent an email stating the error is from bank side. The error is not from bank side. I have the evidence to prove it. Why is the refund being refused now?
