Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — refusal to refund money | |||
I booked an ola cab for my maid who was suffering from very high fever on 25th march 2018 from my home vihanga to langer houz in hyderabad. I left for an important meeting. When the cab broke down, she had to travel for 30minutes to reach back to my home vihanga. After my meeting, i had to attend to my maid and my son both of whom were very sick. Now on 27th when both of them are better, i called ola saying that i was charged for no trip and the app still says on going. I asked the customer care person to cancel and refund the money. I get a response that the money cannot be remitted as i didn't cancel it within 30minutes. I cannot give away my hard earned money for such nonsensical rules which don't consider emotions and people while making such rules. Was this information helpful? | |||
