The car no is 4794. Mobile no is -[protected]. The customers are all senior citizen. All are about 80years old. We requested the driver to go to the location. We even given him the guide for 15mins over phone. Till he could not understand and cancel the ride. Then he told us that he is not ready to enter into the lane. What kind of behavior is this.
