I took a rental ride 23 July 2021 in chennai, Ola charged rs 1913 against 130 Kms without use. I raised issue with Ola partner as well as with Ola customer support over phone . As per driver partner invoice is system generated, hence he could not anything. Customer care raise a ticket against my complaint and close it without providing resolved. Now I m trying on given Ola support since many times but no reachable. Being my payment mode was Ola credit. Now to avoid late fee fine I must to pay unjustified amount of 1913 rs.
