I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab
The issue that I have experienced was: On 11 October 2021, I booked a ride from Tolichowki to RGI Airport. The selected payment method was ola postpaid that I did not select, your app automatically selects it as payment method. At the end of the ride the driver asked for cash payment giving the reason that if we pay online they get their money after 1 week and they have to pay for petrol etc and they fall short of money, so I had to pay him in cash. But the driver did not inform the concerned person that he took cash from me. Now I have a due of Rs. 782/- in my postpaid account.
It occurred on: 11/10/2021
I want your concerned department to call the driver and ask if I paid him cash or not and remove my dues from ola postpaid account and stop harassing me with calls ad messages.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
