Hi,
Had booked ola cab on September 21st morning and did payment by phonepe but still it shows pending and not letting book rides further.
Had faced this issue even on September 17 th, so chose support option of " Charged twice" and it was resolved but same support option didn't work for September 21st ride.
When called to customer care they are telling no record of rides before 30 days so can't help now.
This issue is being observed for more than a month still it's not fixed. Very bad service..
