My name anshul from agra i use to book ola cabs almost everytime in need till now i didnt have any regret about booking ola intsead i always delighted by the services. This was the horrible incident which happened with me on dt: 22-aug-2017 around 5:40 pm when i had to reach my home in extreme urgency i booked ola cab from agra cantt to taj ganj at first i had to approach the car with my luggage to other side of the road with my family. Even after asking the driver he ignored in very recluctant manner.
After approaching the car i asked the driver to help me in putting the luggage in car so that we can drive back to home asap to which he stared using very harsh words and shouting over me saying " this is not my work i am a driver not ur servant either do it on your own and cancel the cab... Etc etc (Said in hindi)". After this i was putting my luggage in car and he was whispering some words in front of my family he said, " jane kahan kahan se ajate hai" what the hell he means by that. After this when i asked him to pay some respect to others or your customers he was not even listening to us instead he started to offend me by some abusive words. It was so disgusting. The public near me was almost on his head as he was misbehaving with me and wife. Somehow i mannaged and saved that # driver.
At last i have no other option then to ask him to drive back to home as soon i get into in car with my wife he knocked the door and said " i will not drop you leave the car and get another car (Said in hindi)" and he forced me to cancel the ride.
Then i haev to leave the car and told him that i m gonna complaint about him but it doesnt even effected him and told me to do whatever you want. Then i have to taken an auto rickshaw and get back to home. I took the car number and driver name

This was really ridicilous i dont know how you hire these kind of people. After all this i must say that i may not gonna use ola service in future its a worst thing. We are not taking a free dropping service we are paying for it and even after paying if someone talks and behave like this i cant rely on ola services.
I want revert for this incident i m not writing to give a feedback but to complaint you for the impolite/aggressive and worst behaviour of driver.
I would request you to please look into this matter and take some action against them so that no issue may be faced by other people if not, blacklist the company is all i can say. Was this information helpful? |
