Everytime i prebook my ride for early morning train to catch but everytime either driver cancels the ride or makes fool of me and doesn't come for pickup, as i know that i don't get a taxi in that early morning so i prebook.
This same happened today.
I missed my schedule train.
Previously i also complained and customer care executive also makes fool and just can't solve the problem.
Now will either ola takes steps against the driver and should sent in my mail as a proof that strict has been taken.
