This is the 2nd time in a week that I got a very inexperienced driver, my CRN[protected], the shocking thing was that when I called the driver, he was sleeping in Bihar. I reached my location and saw their was the cab, but the driver was someone else. He did not know how to operate his mobile and how to confirm the booking. But still I took the cab, but it was a pathetic ride, he was driving wreckesly, I use cab daily to come to office and seriously I don't want to die in a OLA cab. I have a corporate account and have told my company to change it to different service provider. Its not a request from my end, but an advice to see the quality of the drivers that you guys are choosing to drive your customers. The quality is going down, yes you guys are taking over the market quite well, but it will take 1 or 2 instance for the market to crash for you.
