I have called ola and spoke with rakesh on this. He is the front line supervisor based in bangalore. He was not able to check rides i have taken so far. He could only check one ride in feb 2018.
Issue: share pass was active on my account for more than 8 months. Money was debited from my account regularly without fail. I tried to disable the auto renew but that option was not available for me. I complained on this didn't get a response. I tried to cancel the pass but the pass didn't allow me to do so. Policy is you can cancel your share pass within 7 days from the date of purchase only if no ride has been taken using the pass. I was not as punctual as ola is in terms of debiting the money from the account.
So, the pass was active and i was taking share rides however i never received the benefit of it. I want teams to perform audits for all such rides and accounts to investigate if ola is doing any fraud with india or not.
Front line manager rakesh said, he is the last level of support on call. I asked him to log a complaint, he said i will log a complaint if we could provide you the resolution. As resolution cannot be provided hence logging a complaint is not feasible. If someone listen to the call i made today at 21 apr 9 pm ola team will be shocked by the customer handling done by the manager rakesh
