On 30th September, I took an Ola ride to home and I have made the payment through cash. In spite of making the payment, it shows payment due and asks me to clear them either by continuously sending emails or messages or showing it in the app. Since then, I'm not able to book any ride through Ola. I'm using an alternate app now but this is getting irritating. Why don't you cross check with the driver and see if the payment is made or not? And this is not me alone. I have seen other complaints with the issue and there is no response or solution to it. I'm definitely NOT going to pay for what I have ALREADY PAID.
