Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — The driver refused to drop to me till my house and said the destination is still here can't ride beyond this

The driver was very rude and refused to follow the route which i told him to go. He refused to go till my house which was hardly a km from the drop location. The drop location is given as the house address won't be exactly detected in the maps. The driver was very unfriendly and picked up fights. We choose cabs for reasons of having a peaceful ride till home. But you guys have drivers like this which makes us choose other cabs.
