Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — threatening messages for legal action against a bill I have already paid

Ticket[protected]. I have raised this ticket on 4 feb 2019, ola is accusing me of not having paid a bill, while i had already paid the driver on the spot after the ride ended, the ride was on 23 december 2018, sunday, crn[protected], bill was rs.1085, and i had paid the driver in cash. Now they are saying i need to pay it again. Why? Why don;t they contact the driver and ask him the facts? I have sent 4 reminders to ola support email id [protected]@olacabs.com but have got no revert whatsoever.
I just keep getting threatening messages from ola regarding legal action. Can someone send me the escalation matrix? Is that how you treat your customers by threatening them?
