Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Toll/ parking charges

I have booked a trip from palam viahr - gurgaon to malviya nagar - new delhi.
Why the fare includes toll/ parking charges while there is no toll on the way.
I need an explanation.
Before i understand there was toll, but now there is nothing like that.
Why are you making extra changes on behalf of it?
The extra money charged should be refunded.

Toll charges : rs.100
Kindly provide an explanation or refund asap.
