Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Took money in his phone pay account as well as cash

The ride with CRN [protected], the driver asked to make payment in his phone pay wallet which I did but the transaction was pending. Then he took the cash from me of 400 for bill amount 395. I found that the pending transaction of 400 was also approved in phone pay.
