Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Transaction Dispute - No Refund yet | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I booked a cab using Ola App from West Tambaram to Putlur on 21st March, 2021. CRN Number: [protected] I made a payment of 648 via GPay for this ride and it was a successful transaction. But I got a message from Ola that amount has been refunded and please pay the total fare in cash. So I paid the fare in cash to the driver. Driver also told that refund might take atleast 7 days. I waited for 10 days for the refund. On 31st March, 2021, I called Ola customer care and described the above issue. They said if I would have called them with 48 hours of the ride, they might have refunded the amount. I said that I got a message from Ola stating that refund will be made and driver also said it will take 7 days to get your refund. So I didn't called Ola customer care within 48 hours. Also, they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com with the screenshots of the ride in Ola App, SMS from Ola regarding the refund. I mailed all the details to Ola support on the same day, that is on 31st March, 2021. Again on 9th April, 2021, I called Ola customer care to tell them I did not get any reply to my mail that I sent to Ola support. This time they said they will create a ticket and asked me to send all the details with screenshots again and my issue will be resolved in 72 hours. I got the mail from Ola support and I replied to that mail with all the necessary screenshots. This time only my mail was acknowledged and got reflected in Ola App. Today is 12th April 2021, I called Ola customer care to enquire about the refund. Again this time they asked me to send an email with all the details. I have updated with all the details in the ticket in Ola App also. But that ticket in Ola App has been closed stating that I should have informed about the incident within 48 hours. Ticker number:[protected]. I called Ola customer care and said that ticket is closed without any resolution. They again saying that I should have called them within 48 hours and finally asked me to raise a complaint against the cab driver by going to Ola App and selecting "I paid extra cash to driver" option. I tried to select this option but Ola App is not allowing to select this option. Request you to provide me a proper resolution to this issue and refund the amount to my bank account.
