Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Unable to book ride due to pending payment

Until now I have always paid cash for every ride in OLA. But for last two rides I paid fare through cash to the driver still showing payment is pending.
Now i am unable to book any ride in ola app..wht to do?
Please look into the issue and solve it ASAP.
