Actually my issue is with the OLA team, that they don't have any contact number or particular email id for complaint. Your app support is not at all useful if we have any such problem mentioned below.
I have booked a cab yesterday from Sec 21 panchkula to Peer Muchalla(CRN- [protected]) and made the payment through Gpay on [protected] (Rs 59) after that driver (Sunil Kumar- [protected]) told me that he has not received the payment. After that i made the payment through phone pay on [protected] (Rs 59) which he confirmed that he has received the payment.
My account was debited twice with Rs 59 and both payments showing successful.
Now i am trying to connect to the driver, his number is switched off since last night and ola custom care is not responding as well.
